Agilent Bioanalyzer Services

Using adequate and standardized QC is essential in RNA/DNA work. In our lab we use Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer which is a microfluidics-based platform for quality control of DNA, RNA, proteins and cells on a single platform.

RNA Nano Chip, RNA Pico Chip and DNA Chip are used in every day lab life and offered for our costumers.

 

Microarray Services

The Affymetrix GeneChip® System provides a systems biology perspective for both expression profiling and DNA analysis. Our GeneChip 3000 7G System with Autoloader contains GCS 3000 7G Scanner, FS450 Fluidic Station, HO 645 Hibridization Oven

Our system is capable of performing the following analysis in an automated way:

microarray
  • Whole genome gene expression analysis of samples from >20 species including human, mouse and rat and many other model organisms for biomedical research. For human, mouse and rat the following array types are available: traditional IVT arrays (eg.:  GeneChip® Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0), genearrays (eg.: GeneChip® Human Gene 1.0 ST Array) and exon arrays (eg.: GeneChip® Human Exon 1.0 ST Array)
  • ChIP on chip using Affymetrix GeneChip Tiling Arrays, GeneChip® Human Promoter 1.0R Array, GeneChip® ENCODE arrays (human_tiling_datasheet)
  • Genotyping of Single Nucleotide Polimorphisms (SNP’s) using SNP 6.0 Arrays
  • Resequencing of known genes and resequencing of mitochondrial genome (mito_reseq_datasheet)
  • Detection of chromosomal abnormalities using Affymetrix Cytogenetics Whole-Genome 2.7M Array
